SCOPE OF WORK

1. Design and implement strategies to improve students’ academic abilities so they graduate on time.
2. Manage and monitor evaluations of academic achievement of Nusa Putra University students.
3. Manage and monitor the implementation of mentoring, tutorials and all types of activities needed to improve student academic achievement.
4. Manage and monitor the implementation of the new student orientation program and student mentoring process.
5. Encourage and foster collaboration with study programs to create activities aimed at improving student academic achievement.
6. Manage, monitor and provide academic and non-academic counseling services for students.
7. Ensure good operational processes and services for all stakeholders
